2023年,,,,,,为进一步相识客户需求、提升客户体验,,,,,,我们搭建基于客户净推荐值(NPS)系统的客户知足度视察机制。。。。。。每月举行客户知足度回访,,,,,,从整体服务、服务时效、服务专业性、服务态度四个方面举行评分,,,,,,在网络、剖析客户反响后,,,,,,对产品与服务举行一连刷新。。。。。。2023年,,,,,,客户知足度由年头的4.51分提升至4.80分(满分5分)。。。。。。
